Terms & conditions
Welcome to TransferPromallorca. These terms and conditions (hereinafter, «Terms») govern the use of our website (www.transferpromallorca.com) and the transfer services we offer. By accessing our website and/or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
- Services: TransferPromallorca provides private and shared transfer services in Mallorca, including transfers to and from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), as well as hourly drop-off services.
- Bookings and Payments: Bookings are made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash and credit/debit card payments through the secure payment platform Stripe. Prices shown include VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Modifications and Cancellations and Customer Responsibility: Once your booking and payment are complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your transfer details. Any errors in this information are the customer’s responsibility. Any delays, changes of plans, or modifications to the travel details must be communicated as soon as possible. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to correctly provide and verify the following information:
- Pick-up time
- Full origin and destination addresses
- Flight number (if applicable)
- Working contact phone number during the trip
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Modifications: You can request modifications to your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time at no additional charge. Last-minute modifications or delays must be communicated immediately and are subject to fleet availability.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be completely free of charge, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a charge of 100% of the total service cost, with no right to a refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (info@transferpromallorca.com) or WhatsApp (+34645103330).
- Courtesy Time, Waiting Time, and No-Show: Standard Transfers and Attendance Services: All services include a maximum 20-minute grace period from the agreed pick-up time. After this grace period, an additional hour of service will be automatically charged according to the current rate (set at €120 for standard transfers).
- Airport Pick-ups: For airport pick-up services, the client has a maximum of 55 minutes from the actual flight landing time to meet the driver at the designated meeting point.
- No-show: If the customer does not arrive within the stipulated grace period (20 minutes for urban/local routes or 55 minutes at the airport) and there is no prior communication or response to contact attempts, the service will be considered canceled due to non-appearance. This will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount, and the right to any refund will be forfeited.
- Refunds: Refunds (when applicable according to the cancellation deadlines) will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
- Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or modification caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as extreme adverse weather conditions, strikes, government or traffic restrictions, accidents caused by third parties, unforeseen mechanical breakdowns of the vehicle, or any other cause that prevents the normal provision of the service and is not directly attributable to our negligence.
- Liability: TransferPromallorca undertakes to provide the transfer service in accordance with the confirmed booking. In the event of a delay upon arrival at the airport that is directly attributable to TransferPromallorca (excluding force majeure), our liability will be limited, at most, to the amount paid for the contracted transfer service. We are not responsible for missed flights if the client has not scheduled their transfer with sufficient advance notice or if they provided incorrect information regarding their flight details. It is the client’s responsibility to allow sufficient time for check-in and security screening.
- Luggage: Permitted luggage is specified during the booking process. Additional or oversized luggage (e.g., bicycles, surfboards, golf carts, etc.) must be expressly declared at the time of booking. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for extra or oversized luggage not previously declared, which will be assessed at the time of pickup based on the available space in the assigned vehicle.
- Passenger Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or interrupt the journey to any person who, in the driver’s discretion, poses a risk to road safety, the physical integrity of staff, or who behaves inappropriately, vandalistically, or under the severe influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Palma de Mallorca.
